If you are a public institution that wants to purchase products from our website, we would like to inform you that all our products can also be purchased in SEAP. The SEAP platform operates on the website www.e-licitatie.ro, ensuring the transparency of the public procurement process, according to the legislation in force.
TENDERS THROUGH SICAP
For the units subject to the Public Procurement Law, we offer the possibility of purchasing office products - stationery, creative and school products through the Collaborative IT System for a high-performance public procurement environment (SICAP).
All products from the ipb.ro online store will be available for purchase through SICAP in case of a request. ( www.e-licitatie.ro ).
We remind you that products or services with an estimated value below 30,000 EURO can be purchased by DIRECT PURCHASE, without an auction or request for offer.
Interested public institutions are asked to contact us at the e-mail address [email protected] to communicate the list of products to be purchased.

How are the products purchased?
The first step is placing the order on the website www.ipb.ro. This involves: choosing the products, adding them to the shopping cart and finalizing the order. Before completing the order, you can specify in the Remarks field the intention to purchase the products ordered through the SEAP platform. Or, after completing the order, you can inform us about the intention to purchase the products ordered through the SEAP platform, by phone at the following number: 0733/472.472 or at the e-mail address: [email protected]
Shortly after placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail or you will be contacted by phone.
The products ordered by you will be uploaded to the SEAP platform, in the form of individual products or a package of products, depending on your preference. You will be informed about their publication, and the public procurement process can start.
The last step involves the issuance of the tax invoice related to the order and the delivery of the package with the purchased products.
