The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by SC INTERNATIONAL PAPER BUSINESS SRL to any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount collected by SC INTERNATIONAL PAPER BUSINESS SRL from this customer.
Regardless of the way of sending the order (on the website, by e-mail, by phone, by another method) the acceptance of this order, therefore the conclusion of the agreement of will and the contract of sale and purchase is made when the customer signs the accompanying fiscal invoice the product. The tax invoice takes the place of the sales contract. The launch of the order, the automatic e-mail that is sent after receiving the order and the telephone discussions, by e-mail and by any other methods, with the staff of SC INTERNATIONAL PAPER BUSINESS SRL, do not constitute firm acceptance of the order and therefore do not signify the conclusion of the contract at distance.
Limitation of liability for prices:
The prices presented include VAT (19%), but do not include delivery costs outside Cluj County, unless this is expressly specified on the website. The purchase price printed on the invoice will be the same as that set by the sales consultant at the time of confirmation of the order as the firm order or, in the case of payments by money order, this price will be the price published on the website at the time of purchase. The minimum limit of an order is 50 RON including VAT.
Limitation of liability for delivery:
The delivery of the products has a national expansion area and, thus, will be done anywhere in Romania. SC INTERNATIONAL PAPER BUSINESS SRL reserves the right to confirm orders before honoring them by contacting customers. The delivery of the products will be free in Cluj Napoca for orders exceeding the value of 150 RON (including VAT). In the case of orders delivered outside of Cluj county, the customer will have to pay the courier delivery service fee, the value of which will be communicated to him before confirming the order.
SC INTERNATIONAL PAPER BUSINESS SRL reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons independent of SC INTERNATIONAL PAPER BUSINESS SRL which include: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, uprisings, civil disturbances or other force majeure impediments, according to the usages of Romanian law. If the customer is not found at the mentioned address, within the mutually agreed time interval, our courier will return once more after reestablishing contact with the customer, at which time the order will be canceled and the product returned to the office, the customer following bear the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the products ordered.
Limitation of liability for payment:
Payment for the products ordered according to this Customer Agreement can be made in advance or upon delivery of the products. SC INTERNATIONAL PAPER BUSINESS SRL reserves the right to request payment of products in advance in certain cases. Advance payment can be made by postal order or payment order; proof of payment must be sent to SC INTERNATIONAL PAPER BUSINESS SRL at the e-mail address [email protected]. The delivery will be made only after the money has entered the SC INTERNATIONAL PAPER BUSINESS SRL account. The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise the delivery will not be made.
Limitation of Product Warranty Liability:
The products bought through this site benefit from the guarantee practiced by the supplier of each brand separately, in compliance with the legal provisions in force.
