1. Create account
To be able to use all the services we offer and to be able to benefit from all the functionalities we make available, it will be necessary to create a user account.
This will be done by filling out a form, accessing the ' New Account' link  in the website header. The link will take you to the registration form where you will be asked to fill in your personal data and other information required for registration.

Attention !  Enter real identification data. Based on these data, the invoice will be issued and the delivery will be made.
PS The products added to the basket, without being logged into the account (as a simple visitor) are only saved for a period of 24 hours.
After 24 hours, the products disappear from the basket.

1.1 Order without account
If you don't want to register on our website, we offer you the possibility of placing an order without an account. All you have to do is follow steps 2 and 3 below, and then choose the option ' I want to order without an account' -  more details in point 4 below.
2. Choose the product
You can access the category of interest through the central menu (central icons), from the vertical bar (menu) on the left, or by typing the desired product in the search bar.
With a single click on the picture or on the name, you will enter the detailed description of the product, where you can see more specifications of the product or the opinions of other buyers about it (in the reviews section).
3. Add to cart
Check the information presented along with the facilities/services available for the selected product, and then press the ' Add to Cart ' button to proceed.
You can complete the order directly by pressing the ' TO COMPLETE ORDER' button or you can add other products to your order by pressing the ' Continue shopping' button .
You can increase or decrease the number of products in the cart by typing the quantity directly. The quantity will be updated by pressing the icon Update

You can remove the products from the cart with a simple click on

(delete). The deleted product will disappear immediately.
Attention : The order  must have a  minimum value of  50 Ron (VAT included).
  4. Complete the data
If you are a new customer, you will have to check one of the following boxes: ' register account ', ' order without account ' and you will be directed to the following steps to complete the order.
If you have checked the ' account registration ' box, you will need to fill in the information regarding your billing details, delivery, delivery method and payment method. If you have a comment about your order, you can add it in the text field. After reading and accepting the company's terms and conditions, you will be able to place the order by pressing the ' Submit order ' button.
If you have an account on this site, choose the heading ' Existing customer ' and enter your login data, and then press the 'Authentication' button and you will be redirected to your account, from where you can complete the order by pressing the ' Send ' button command '.
If you checked the ' order without account ' box, you will need to fill in the information regarding billing, delivery, delivery method and payment method details. If you have a comment about your order, you can add it in the text field. After reading and accepting the company's terms and conditions, you will be able to place the order by pressing the ' Submit order ' button.
5. Confirmation
After placing the order, you will receive an email confirming the registration of your order in the system.

6. Order pickup information

Orders are picked up every working day, between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
In the case of orders placed outside working hours, they will be picked up on the next working day;
