Because we know that choosing an accessory to represent you is not always easy, we are with you. Legal provisions
In accordance with the provisions of art. 9 of GEO 34/2014, the buyer, dissatisfied with the performance or quality of the product, or if he finds that the product does not meet his requirements, has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
In case of termination of the contract, the product must be in the condition of sale, accompanied by all accessories, and its box must not be damaged.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of GEO 34/2014 the refund of the amounts paid for the product will be made no later than 14 days from the date of termination of the contract, the customer having the obligation to send the package to us within 14 days from the date of termination of the contract, otherwise we can postpone the refund the value of the products paid until the product physically reaches us.
The right to return products:
The customer has the right to notify SC INTERNATIONAL PAPER BUSINESS SRL by any means (email, sms, verbally) that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product or, in the case of services of services, from the conclusion of the contract, by returning within this term the purchased product in its original packaging, with all accessories and without showing any signs of damage or wear, the customer bearing the costs of shipment according to Romanian laws.

If, for whatever reason, the customer refuses to receive the parcel, he agrees and agrees to pay a transport fee of 35.80 lei, representing the value of the round-trip transport. Penalties for non-payment of this fee are 1% for each day of delay .

The returned products must be in the same condition as when received: without defects (with the exception of hidden defects and with the exception of defects already reported by the Customer in correspondence with ipb.ro).
Products that constitute a set must be returned as a set.
